Issue: Request was made to include CSV Report similar to PDF report

Resolution:

Users can now create a detailed report of the summary window and save it in CSV format.  This will allow for more reporting opportunites and customizations for customers.

Title: When viewing the graph of a tag, recommendation shows (0)

Issue: When snapshot values exceed 1 million the graph no longer displays our recommendation correctly as the timeline gets shortened.

Resolution:

To resolve this issue we need to clear the interim analytic results.

  1. In the menu list select “Analytics”
  2. Select “Clear Interim Analytic Results” or press Ctrl +S

This will allow us to analyze the latest million results to give the most accurate recommendation.

Title: Manual Tags do not appear in summary window

Issue: Tags in manual mode do not appear in summary window when manual filter is checked off

Resolution:

Tags that are in manual mode will only appear as manual tags in the summary window when “Enable Override” is checked off for the manual tag.

There are two ways to resolve this issue.

Solution 1:

Open each manual tag and click on “Enable Override” which is located at the bottom of each tag in the detail window.

Solution 2:

  1. From the tool bar, select Edit > Configure Tags
  2. Select all manual tags in the tag list
  3. Under tag operations check the “Enable Override” check box under the Manual button
  4. Click on Manual button
